BoardEffect® to write book chapter on eGovernance
This spring, BoardEffect® will be authoring a chapter for an upcoming John Wiley and Sons publication, “P2PFundraising: Nonprofit Internet Management Strategies, Tools and Trade Secrets”, scheduled to be released March 2010. The chapter, entitled, “Egovernance is Good Governance: Improving Board Leadership through Online Technology” will explore the power and promise – as well as the pitfalls – of online board portals and their impact on nonprofit organizations.
As we develop the content for our chapter, BoardEffect® will be surveying current BoardEffect® users to learn more about the outcomes of using this board portal. In the coming weeks, BoardEffect® will be contacting all clients to offer them the opportunity to participate in the survey, and possibly to be featured as a case study.
Participating clients will have the opportunity to be featured in the book, which promises to be a success!
